By using morkosautomation.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Project work is governed by a separate written quote, proposal, or agreement when we engage.

What the Site is for
The Site describes services, shows illustrative examples (including market-automation demos), and collects inquiries. Content is informational and may change without notice. Portfolio and demo screens are examples, not guarantees of identical results for every client.
No financial, investment, or trading advice
Any market, trading, options, or automation examples on the Site are for illustration and education about software capabilities only. They are not investment advice, trading recommendations, or an offer to manage money. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Inquiries and engagements
Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to work together. Quotes, timelines, and scope are confirmed in writing before paid work begins. Fees, IP ownership, confidentiality, and deliverables for a project are set in that engagement paperwork, not solely by these website terms.
Accounts
Client portal and admin access are for authorized users only. Keep credentials confidential. We may suspend access that appears compromised or abusive.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to break into, scrape abusively, or disrupt the Site or its APIs
- Submit malware, spam, or deceptive content through forms
- Misrepresent your identity in a way that harms us or others
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes under U.S. or Illinois law
Intellectual property
Site design, text, graphics, and branding are owned by Morkos Automation or its licensors unless otherwise noted. You may view and share links for personal or internal evaluation; you may not copy the Site wholesale or reuse client work shown here without permission.

Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORKOS AUTOMATION AND VICTOR MORKOS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US SPECIFICALLY FOR SITE ACCESS IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (if any). These limits do not apply where prohibited by law. Separate project agreements may set different limits for paid work.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
